We had a wonderful time at the Seventh Mountain Resort! It’s a perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts, with easy access to hiking and biking trails. The amenities available for families are fantastic, making our stay enjoyable. However, there were some minor issues with the heating system in our room, and we noticed some ongoing renovations that could be a bit noisy during the day.

Rooms
8.0
Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. It felt like a comfortable base for our adventures.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with some requests. Their warmth made our stay feel even more welcoming.
Location
9.0
The resort is situated a little outside downtown Bend, which we loved for its peacefulness and proximity to nature trails. The Deschutes River Trail right behind the property is a major plus.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was quite nice, with a cozy atmosphere and great service. The menu had a good range of offerings, although we wish there were more vegetarian options.
Facilities
9.0
There are plenty of fun facilities, from swimming pools and hot tubs to frisbee golf and mini-golf. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

6.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Seventh Mountain Resort. On one hand, the amenities were decent with lots of activities for families and a beautiful view from my room's deck. On the downside, I was disappointed with the check-in process and faced an aggressive sales pitch for a timeshare presentation. The room itself wasn’t up to par with what I expected from previous visits, particularly with regard to the condition of the bedding and kitchen facilities.

Rooms
5.0
The room was fairly clean and had a wonderful view from the deck, but I was let down by the lumpy bed and the lack of an oven in the kitchen, which we particularly needed for our meals.
Service
6.0
The service during check-in felt overly aggressive with the timeshare sales pitch, but once I got past that, the staff were generally helpful.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located near Mt. Bachelor and is close to Bend, making it easy to explore the local attractions and outdoor activities.
Dining
5.0
Dining options on-site were minimal, and the breakfast offered felt more like a way to lure guests into the timeshare presentation rather than a genuine dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with various activities like ice skating and pools, but some could use better upkeep, like the ice rink that had water issues.

5.0/10

I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious and had a great view, the overall condition of the accommodations was subpar. The service was frustrating, especially with the push for time share presentations upon check-in. Moreover, the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it seems like there’s room for improvement in several areas.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious with a lovely view, but it lacked basic amenities and was not up to the quality I expected.
Service
5.0
Check-in was problematic with pressure to attend a time share presentation, and the staff did not seem attentive to our concerns.
Location
8.0
The location offers easy access to outdoor activities and beautiful scenery, which is a definite plus.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were disappointing and felt geared towards pushing time shares rather than providing a pleasant experience.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed outdated and poorly maintained, especially the pool area which lacked enough usable chairs.

Our stay at the resort had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, with beautiful access to hiking trails and stunning views. The amenities were enjoyable, and we appreciated the numerous activities available. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, and we dealt with cleanliness issues in our room. Overall, there's a lot of potential here, but it could use some improvements.

Rooms
6.0
The room was cozy with a cute private patio, but I found old pizza in the microwave, which was a huge letdown.
Service
5.0
The service felt inconsistent—while some staff were friendly, others were less helpful, especially during check-in.
Location
9.0
The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, as you can easily access hiking and biking trails nearby.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the on-site bar was enjoyable, with great drink options, yet the experience was marred by the timeshare pitch.
Facilities
7.0
The resort offered plenty of amenities like pools and recreational options, but some parts seemed outdated and in need of repairs.
